IB score of 43. South Australian ATAR of 99.95
University of Adelaide - South Australian Merit Scholarship.
Dux of St. Peter's College
Adelaide University Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Teacher at MedEssentials UMAT Preparation
Experience at other UMAT companies

My focus and specialty is UMAT teaching. I've worked with over 30 students over
the past 2 years, all of which are medicine candidates. I am very pleased by the
large majority who find themselves in a medical course the following year.

I personally studied UMAT in both year 11 and 12. I've sat through 4 different
courses, and have produced material for students that sums up four years of
learning and teaching UMAT. I have also been sitting the UMAT since year 12 to
keep up to date
with the current trends. I currently have a teaching affiliation with MedEssentials,
and work at schools to teach UMAT to classes.

I realise that the most serious and intelligent students take the UMAT very seriously
(this is the only reasonable way to view the UMAT if you want to do medicine). I
provide out of class material for students to work through during the week. UMAT
in most part is not syllabus related. I teach students the techniques I have
developed, and also aim to show them the way that I reason through questions.

Learning will not only be confined to weekly lessons. I offer continuous support by
maintaining contact during the week. I am only satisfied when my students are
doing their best, and for this reason, I am prepared to be of help any time it's
needed, in order to facilitate the best possible conditions - which ultimately is the
objective of tutoring.

My services include:
- Private or group tutoring
- Provision of study material
- Proof reading internal assignments (Scored 47/48 for Physics and Chemistry
internal assessment)
- Email/phone support during the week

In terms of conjunction subject teaching, I am able to accommodate students
ranging from those who wish to catch up and achieve higher marks in the class, to
those who want the extra edge to perform at the very highest level in the state.

Please do not hesitate to contact me. Even if you are just wondering what
medicine is all about, I am more than happy to talk to you, there is nothing more
important that equipping students and parents with accurate information to get on
the right track. I will hope to reply to your messages as soon as convenient.

Chemistry HL 7/7
Maths SL 7/7

Extended Essay + Theory of Knowledge 3/3
Overall 43/45.

This IB score is equivalent to the maximum ATAR of 99.95.

SACE subjects are also supported.

My teaching method is very holistic. I work with students with everything in terms
of appropriate subject selection, major assignments, UMAT, university application
writing, interviews, alternative pathways to medicine. I see myself as a tutor who
takes students from the beginning all the way to medical school. on their school
I also do interview preparation for medicine and dentistry (standard interview as
well as multiple mini interview - MMI).
Notably I succeeded in gaining an offer for Monash MBBS, which has very
selective admission process due to the rigorous MMI interviews, along with a high
UMAT and ATAR threshold.

I believe that students learn best from students who have had similar past
experiences. Owing to my diverse range of academic endeavours, I believe that I
am the best assistance to any student in need.
